A 24-hour messaging window on WhatsApp is activated when a business initiates communication with a user. 

  • Businesses and users can freely exchange any number of messages, including template messages, within 24 hour without conversation session without  incurring additional charges.
  • The cost of WhatsApp Conversations depends on the category of the template message and varies based on the receiver country.
  • Conversation costs (applicable for Indian Number) are as follows: ₹0.81 for Marketing Conversations, ₹0.35 for Authentication Conversations, ₹0.35 for Utility Conversations, and ₹0.35 for Service Conversations These prices are applicable when sending conversations within India 
  • All Conversations are valid only for 24 hours.
  •  Green Tick Application is free
  • 1000 free conversations / month for (user-initiated conversations).
  • All above  mentioned pricing is exclusive of GST.

  • If a business responds to a user with a template message or sends one during an open service chat, it starts a new conversation based on the template category.

  • For mixed-category conversations (Marketing, Authentication, Utility, or Service), charges apply separately for each category’s chat window.

  • Each message category (Marketing, Authentication, Utility, or Service) has its own charges. If you send messages from different categories to the same user within 24 hours, you’ll be charged for each category.

  • When starting a conversation in a specific category, you have a 24-hour window to chat with customers without extra charges, giving you enough time for effective communication.

What does Unlimited user mean ?

You can connect with as many Monthly Active Users as you want in a month when you have an Unlimited User account.All that’s required of you is the monthly subscription fee and the WhatsApp Conversation Charges after the first 1000 free conversations.

A messaging session window opens when a user sends a message to your Whatsapp Business number. It remains open for 24 hours after the user receives the message.
With these 24 hours, you can step in and respond.

Unlimited contacts can be imported into the EngageZap dashboard. You are only chatting when you start a Whats App conversation with someone.
